A part from the regular and standard facilities available in standard hotels, the Franklin Hotel & Suites has the followings:

PRESSURE BAR/HALL: The Bar/Hall is also a state-of-the-art arena with most modern musical equipment to meet the social and relaxation needs of the patronizing guests.  The Hall is all-purpose built and has capacity to accommodate 350 persons comfortably at any given time.  It operates ‘live band’ sessions at weekends to the delight of guests.

SEMINAR/CONFERENCE HALL:  This hall is on the 4th floor of the building exquisitely furnished with standard Seminar/Conference chairs and tables to accommodate 105 persons. It is fitted with modern equipment including projector cameras, screens and other training facilities.

RESTAURANT & BAR: Apart from the Pressure Bar at ground floor, the hotel also has a Bar and a Restaurant on the 1st floor tagged The Nautilus Bar & Restaurant while on the 3rd floor, there is a convertible Bar/Restaurant or the VIP Centre.  This also serves as an exclusive luxury Dining Room for special Guests.

KITCHEN:  The Kitchen is fitted with modern industrial cooking equipment/facilities that can cater for a large gathering.

 Besides the foregoing, the hotel has other optional facilities such as In-door Swimming Pool, Sauna, Steaming room and Gym.

BUSINESS CENTRE:  This caters for the needs of the in-house Guests and interested members of the public.

UNISEX/BARBING SALONS/NAIL SECTION: Our unisex/barbing salon is open to the public.  The two (2) section have the best of salon equipment and are managed by very experienced hands.

LAUNDRY AND DRY-CLEANING CENTRE:  This section can boast of one of the best Laundry equipment in Nigeria.  The machines have capacity to launder a large quantity of clothing at a time.  We have the best hands recruited from well and established oulets running similar business.  We intend going out into full blown laundry/delivery services not only to cater for the Hotel but also to create various outlets and distribution points to serve other corporate organizations and the generality of Port Harcourt residents.  We already render laundry service to some big and existing hotels in Port Harcourt. The laundry itself is s stand-alone industry.

BAKERY: The Bakery is also a stand-alone section like the Laundry/Dry-cleaning outfits.  The bakery can produce 3,000 loaves of bread per day.  We currently have distributors and other outlets for this production.
